Do you accept insurance?
We do accept Medicare. However, we do not bill in-network to other major insurance providers. What we can do is supply you with a Superbill at the end of every month or quarter to submit to your insurance provider. What you pay for care will be applied to your out-of-pocket deductible. Once you meet your deductible, you will be reimbursed directly.
Why do you operate on an out-of-network (OON) and cash basis?
It’s a bold step to transition away from billing insurance, we know. However, the cash, out-of-pocket (OOP) and out-of-network (OON) model allows our doctors to spend more one-on-one time with practice members. As a result, patients experience speedier recoveries and improved results from more effective treatment.
Do you bill to insurance?
We can bill to your insurance provider, but all services will apply to your out-of-pocket (OOP) deductible. While the out-of-network, OOP deductible is typically higher, you will typically meet it faster than in-network services. Therefore, it can actually go a long way in making your insurance work for you.
We can also supply you with a “superbill” at the end of services which you can then submit to your insurance provider.
